Important 2009 FMLA Changes Announced
Just when everyone seemed comfortable with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) the Department of Labor (DoL) has revised it. In the first major update of the FMLA since it was issued 15 years ago, the DoL issued the new revised rules on November 17, 2008, effective in January 2009.
