CENTRAL MAILING ADDRESS

Beginning September 1, 2009, all regular mail for APEI should be sent to the Juneau office at 2233 Jordan Ave., Juneau, AK 99801. Although workers compensation claims will continue to be adjusted out of the Anchorage Office, all mail will be originally processed in Juneau. Your cooperation with this change is appreciated.

Implementation Partners

Just when everyone seemed comfortable with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) the Department of Labor (DoL) has revised it. In the first major update of the FMLA since it was issued 15 years ago, the DoL issued the new revised rules on November 17, 2008, effective in January 2009.

These new rules require a major change in the way you manage FMLA leave and the forms you use.
